Sovereign risk, Africa is not Australia, anything can happen, there will be other companies who could try it on with a claim, a chief who says, thats our land, change of government, militia, boko haram, islamic attack, who knows? The accountant runs off with the money, mined gold gets stolen, how safe is Africa?
