any ideas on how they plan to recapitalise? is substantial dilution unavoidable given the idea of vendors swapping debt for equity?

when things get resolved and we move on, i recommend this company starts making a far greater effort with disclosures to its shareholders. it's got about a dozen businesses that allegedly have growth prospects so why not start disclosing new contracts / initiatives a bit more regularly. the disclosure approach under the former md was uninspiring to say the least.
