    Aburde,

I wouldn't mind going to the AGM myself, when you go see if you can hassle Hayley as he gives away more than Ian... . I think COZ has a domestic market focus first more than export but I could be wrong as that was from phone conversations over 6 months ago so not sure about the India thing but certainly for MBD it would have been a good reason for having a presence there.

MBD merging with COZ gets better in my head the more I think and look at it. Brings up market cap to a decent size, MBD brings into COZ a range of enviro-processes that fit very well with their own enviro- division being the carbon trading, dilutes COZ Directors holdings and opens up market liquidity some more making COZ a more attractive investment and easier to fund further development and as I mentioned the cross-use of MBD's capability to potentially reduce cost for Tiger Prawn feeding / breeding.

I was a bit disappointed to see they want to change the name to a more singular focus of Sea Dragons....Commodities Group, as a name, was a good indicator of where they should be with Black Tigers Prawns being one of a suite of product lines.

The one problem with COZ is the current share holding means whatever the Directors chose to propose as resolutions tends to get passed as they hold majority amongst them, Ian alone holds just on or over 50% I think.

Still, I like what they are trying to do, to me its a very similar story to what AHF is attempting in the dairy space.
