Saw a release from a graphite company with a project in Tz which said the government had just released mining guidelines relating to the export and downstream processing in country. for graphite it was >65% TGC and you could export. Anyone know what they say about REE concentrates as it would be bad if PEK had to process in country rather than the UK??
