They will want to buy a few while still cum divvy so buy back should get a bit more agressive leading up to 19/10.
I'm not sure if there are enough free traded shares to make it worthwhile...they are not getting my 200k. I have mentioned it before but it is not outside the relms of a management buyout and delisting if Gerard sits on his hands too long.
