HDG requests a T/h of it's securities pending the re-release of an ANN relating to the Moruple South Coal Prospect, Botswana.
THEN:
the T/h is requested until 15/3/11 OR upon the release by the Co. of an ANN REGARDING AN ACQUISITION TRANSACTION.
seems like plain english to me. 1st paragraph is about the retraction 2nd one is about an acquisition transaction.
