Very poor that CTP did not inform share holders properly about these circumstances.
Same with the GRR case in Texas.
Not a transparent company and a number one reason the market doesn't trust CTP and SP continues on its down ward spiral.
The MD and BOD are at odds with their employers, share holders, which should not be the case, ... and will remain that way until actions are taken that improves value of shares, or the MD and BOD p.ss off.
