The problem is many small miners in PM/Copper etc are having funding problems due to all the money managers waiting on the sidelines.
I believe that fundies and overseas investors will begin to move into PM/copper as inflation trades sooner rather than later.
US debt ceiling will be raised up at least 1.5trillion and inflation game will begin. I believe we can touch .16 again, but the market might surprise to the upside.
Just wait and see i guess.
