Tacera should be a cheaper system to purchase but it doesnt have the intergration or workflow capabilities of Raulands Responder 5.
Competition is biteing into the Asian pie. There is also a new competitor here in Australia that is causing some waves. So you will probley see that reflected in the reports in due course.
