Another reason why WOW are a goldmine.
They sell for cash (low receivables), they pay on credit (high payables).
As a result 1/3 of their assets is funded by their suppliers.
Not many businsess can run like that (the textbooks insist that current assets should be higher than current liabilities to ensure solvency) but WOW arent your ordinary businiess.
A happy situation for shareholders.
