response to my letter (see above) basically:
1. expect to seek epa approval Q1 /17 with intent to commence using mid 2017. Need to work through closure of older tailings dam also
2. capex numbers given confirmed as about right ie A$9m / qtr capex.
I suppose the above means more 'non descript capex' cash bleeding (~$A9m) for another 1/4 at least.
