My understanding is that the properties in question are not worth that much in value or in regards to their ability to provide income?
I'm really not that sure and I'm just going on what the directors have communicated.
Anyway, someone else obviously likes it buying another $2 mil and becoming a substantial holder... For divs? Or do they just see great value.
