you will find if you dig a bit deeper,they have just over 5% in at least one other company.
a couple of months ago,i got curious too and at that time the co. name had just been reserved in NZ

obviously not as small as you suspect 5% here is around $3m.
last month,can't remember the co(feel like i've seen a few substantial notices from them),but that was more like $5-7m from memory.

So maybe they've got around $5m a month to invest or more.

If they're picking up positions where i've been looking then they are buying conservative upside value and certainly buying before me.
