kakoii, you have to assume that not every shareholder is actively discussing (and trashing) the offer price and the circumstances in which it's being made like we are on an online forum. They may not even use the internet. A large amount of holders will so far have perhaps read something about it in the paper, and received the offer in the mail, and then received the materials commissioned by ADI. As far as AWE are concerned, they are having the 'last word'. We are (rightly) outraged by the offer. Let's just hope the rest of the ADI shareholder community are too.
