    It was Bank of Nova Scotia buying via Pershing, they started aggressive buys following the acquisition of Ianna gold project, bought 4.3m @35.5c

    Bank of Nova Scotia is also a substantial holder of CDV, they bought their initial 11m (5%) CDV at about 12c back in March 2016.
    CDV is quadruple since Bank of Nova Scotia became the substantial holder for CDV.
