Gist of email was asking to confirm current status of Condisoil, is it still waiting for approval from Dept Env, is this the only requirement prior to registration with Dept Ag, does it have sod all to do with MESTECC and is it none of Yeo’s business and even less of Fudgies, have they had any indication from relevant Depts of a decision within a timeframe that will allow commercialisation to avoid the necessity to build a PDF or export WLP before the 2 Sep deadline, is it their understanding that Condisoil commercialisation would eliminate these alternatives and will they take immediate legal action if Yeo is idiotic enough even after Condisoil is fully licensed by her own Govt and commercialised by Lynas to still insist on export and hasn’t been sacked for gross incompetence and corruption by then? That kind of thing.
