There surely cannot be any legal basis to halt research and testing of Condisoil? (Unless and until the licensing process concludes with a rejection.)
Can anyone confirm what the current status of the licensing process is? Have Lynas in fact been forced to pull out of or suspend this process?
If Condisoil licensing is proceeding, does anyone have a timeframe? Does Yeo have any authority over the relevant government organisation responsible? Or is it her department?
If Condisoil can be licensed, the original AELB conditions can be adhered to and Yeo will not legally be able to impose any WLP export precondition on the LAMP licence renewal without being laughed out of court.
