She really is a total muppet. There is no logic in her preposterous outburst. Her claim is that if the science is not understood, a precautionary approach dictates the WLP cannot be stored at the current location, therefore it must be exported.

a) the science is probably better understood than any other similar case in the history of Malaysia’s chemical industry, it’s been investigated to the nth degree for years on end by the government whose latest group of scientists confirmed yet again all previous scientific understanding. It is understood. So her logic fails at the first hurdle. Her comprehension of “PP” appears to be “well, if I can’t understand the simplest thing, we better take precautions ”...!

b) and in any case, she still hasn’t thought of any excuse whatsoever for insisting on exporting it instead of building a PDF. She should be saying if it cannot be stored onsite, then it must be stored securely in a PDF and only if a PDF is not possible must it be exported.
