Don't forget the real question is: Is it a good bet that such-and-such will happen?
Reason will prevail?
Against a movement that consistently and willfully failed to be rational yet still won the election?
Not a good bet.
Certainly we are encouraged by previous legal results, but times have changed and so can "justice".
