    Sorry to see Ken leave the role he has led the company very well and we are in a strong position now I think.

    I assume though that Ken remains a director? He still remains a director of Cuervo so i assume so with Strike?

    All systems go now though - moving management to Peru is a positive. Should be far, far more announcements and forward progress this year.
