This is the actual issue of the bulk (11.8m)of the shares to be isssued (total 15.3m) for the purchase of the FeSi plant, announced in Feb.
The rest of the 15.3 m shares to be issued at completion of the transaction....as I read it.
Bigger news will be the final announcement that the Mg plant is actually producing....(as opposed to being at "practical completion") at 20k tpa, by the June quarter.
