PNC targets higher quality debt than CCP, higher quality debt will be more expensive. Also if more purchasers target the same debt it drives up the price, maybe the case with the debt CCP is targeting where as PNC has relationships with the big banks to buy their debt.
Either way the PNC AGM is next week which should prove a catalyst to the sp especially if they reconfirm FY19 targets or even upgrade. Strong buy IMO.
