TL;DR: You don't need an investor pack, just continuous disclosure.
TNT is a listed entity. ASX rules require continuous disclosure (see ASX Guidance Note 8). A reasonable person would regard a concrete plan and timeline to achieve postive earnings as material, therefore TNT either does not have one or it may have breached disclosure rules.
