HIGHLIGHTS
• Resource definition drilling commenced at the Great Western deposit; with
a number of attractive RC drill intercepts confirming the significance of
other exciting intercepts achieved earlier in the year. The new intercepts
include:
GWRC 092: 4m @ 5.83g/t gold (76 – 80m)
GWRC 094: 4m @ 26.20g/t gold (60 – 64m)
GWRC 095: 4m @ 6.77g/t gold (67 – 71m)
GWRC 097: 2m @ 6.80g/t gold (61 – 63m); and
10m @ 11.63g/t gold (78 – 88m)
• The known Great Western deposit extends over a strike length of ~300m
and to a depth of 150m. The zone of multiple quartz veins remains open
along strike, down dip and down plunge.
• The drilling is the start of a 3 to 4 month RC and Diamond resource
definition drilling program at the Great Western and Wonder North
prospects. The drilling will update the existing Great Western resource to
JORC compliance. At Wonder North drilling outside the established
resource (1.98mt @ 2.13g/t gold (136,500 oz)),over the last year has
extended the strike length of the deposit from ~300m to ~500m and the
program will enable additional resources to be added to the inventory.
• The objective of the resource definition drilling program is to increase the
Bundarra resource inventory to 500,000 oz by the end of the financial year;
prior to evaluating in more detail the various development options
currently being considered."
