it is a good read. Very unbiased analysis with realistic views on how the exploration has been going. 

Copper price has had a bad day, and that makes a huge impact on dfs numbers.

They do mention even with less than favourable copper price, T3 is still a robust project, so that keeps the goal clear to push ahead despite the current lull in price. But it will be an enormous benifit to have copper back over $3lb early 2019 to show this project in the light it deserves.
