Yes, you are right on all points and well advised. To be honest I dont really like management, I think thats my problem. The whole lot of them. They are all from the same bucket of cronies: conservative respectable gentleman. They need someone from the outside at chairman level. I dont like souls there. They need a banker to kick start something.

I am not trying to be funny, something honestly needs to change and the current structure hasnt worked for them. At least for me, its clear that management depth is lacking when we look at, and refer to company image, promotion, performance, market exposure etc. The board should be thinking strategically, especially in this upturn. Someone needs to be shouting about this company as business picks up.
