I am not trying to put a dampener on things, but these reports are meaningless to me, with particular reference to Clover.
The share price is so far below the valuation, its almost ridiculous. What is amiss here? Is it simply a case of:
1. Valuation is over-opimistic
2. CLV is undervalued
If its '2.', what has management done other than increase sales to remedy the situation. Its almost become a moot point with clover - the fundamentals that is. As an example the SP is the same as it was in Oct 2008. And below mid 2003 highs of $0.70 where Net Profit '03 was 460K.
Management needs to direct a lot of effort on this point, as they are not good enough at it (company image, market view etc). I dont have a simple solution, but what I am saying is that it almost needs to become a priority. It needs headlines somehow, it needs big instos on the register and big shareholders too. What in the world are Souls doing as well? They need to T/O this company. Basiclaly something needs to be done about the Share Price.
