Key looks like an excellent candidate for someone to back a private oil company into to attain SM listing. Current MV is negligible, limited amount of shares on issue also. Most problematic asset is the 1.75% interest in Sth American oilfields. Don't discount that this may turn into a very good play for existing KEY shareholders.
