Hey asteroider,
They gave us all a hint earlier this year in an announcement where they said that they were looking for other opportunities.
I am curious about this trading halt though, something seems different IMO.
In 2009, when KEY first acquired the UK assets, there was no trading halt, so if it was a normal acquisition why did they halt this time. The last time I think we saw a halt (placements excluded) was in March 2008 when they first announced the Tz gas discovery. They also mention " Oil & Gas interests".
As I said, the details will be interesting.
