Fundamentally, 1 Sept was the best time to buy.... Technically, today is the best time to buy. Unfortunatelly lots of traders don't understand technical analysis / charting that much. They buy because of the neighbours & they sell because of panic selling.. As a result they always buy at the top & sell down the bottom.... let alone profit.
