I see that you are on an enforced holiday, but you may be still be able to read my reply.

In short, I have read in a news article that BHP have had a change of mind and that they are talking with someone in Indonesia that has aready an LNG plant (conventional) to expand and go for CSG as well. Apparently they have admitted of having a change of heart towards the CSG and can see the future potential in it, especially since there are so many majors who got into it already.
Hence their comment that if they decide to do so, they have the fund (WE ALL KNOW THAT THEY HAVE HUGE AMOUNTS OF CASH TO BURN), and they also said that they have the knowledge and expertize to get the LNG producing before anyone else, if they so decide.
