One of the downsides of KLA is it's in Canadian $s and no Imputation Credits are available to us as Australians. So if they paid a Franked Dividend, the credits would not be accessible for us Aussies.
PS: Not sure whether they pay Franked Dividends in Canada and/or whether they are common. US Companies seldom pay dividends I believe but reinvest profits (usually).
Also there are currency rate fluctuation which present a risk (or win fall). I don't like overseas shares for these reasons.
