One thing at a time mate. All you mentioned is being worked on. To rush in and get it wrong would cost holders.
Careful planning is the key. Sure the price has been pushed down over the last 12mths or so but a spike can happen in a blink of an eye.

Things usually happen when you don't expect it to. That also means the ones who sat on their hands and new blood end up pushing the price up even further.
