"I have nothing against constructive criticism at all, but this is like a bitter divorce and it's painful to read on such a frequent basis!"

No doubt there are many facets to negative posting, however, what must be considered is there are vested interest whom wish to be served apart from the obvious who are bitter and twisted and/or those who may be seeking revenge, there are;

A) competitors who wish their rivals to fail

B) holders who know the company is set for greatness and wish to increase their holdings at minimal cost.

Understanding the above (sorry if this is "Sucking Eggs 101"), it is obvious that getting others (paid forum rampers) to manipulate the market for a small capital outlay, could reap an enormous benefit.  

Money is NOT the root of all evil, but the LOVE OF is and therefore a very strong motivation especially among those with questionable morals.
