I think you are right regarding the RP scenario. India is too slow. Narendra Singh Tomar seems to be all show no action.

For IRL it is a matter of getting Aravalli LOI and drilling, drilling and more drilling for a BIG JORC (hopefully)

Drilling is dependent on funding

Funding is dependent on investor confidence

Investor confidence is dependent on IRL financial strength and tax issue being sorted
