Personally, I'd think that the increase in royalties is short-sighted as this will see a lack of investment in the country and hinder projects being developed. Long-term may even help the cobalt price due this lack of development.

That being said, Nzuri are at a good stage, with a viable project in place so I'd say its not all doom and gloom for us, probably more so those just starting out.

Besides, its DRC, things will probably change by next week.
