yes I have been as frustrated as you have been with the management but happily the board obviously have decided to act like grownups and think of the shareholders.
No argument with any of your criticisms, I just didnt think it was necessary to slam them after the deal as it was self evident that AZX had mucked up by not approaching the merger with a view to maximise shareholder value.
The advisers to AZX have complicated a simple deal and poisoned a relationship which was operable. Now it has become a pissing match which has been decided because one party ran low on cash.
Anyway hopefully all parties have put the squabble behind them and I can quite cheerfully do the same if they concentrate on getting this resource rerated where it should be.
