Not sure whether the Thermal coal project in Poland will ever get off the ground, they are going to find it difficult if not impossible to get finance particularly in this unsettled area, just have a look at what is happening around the world with Coal and Coal projects....quality projects in Australia and winding back, closing or not expanding...Interesting to see whether the Top 20 shareholders have changed since previous couple of announcements...
