Just another thing, I wanted to point out the extent of the MDS JV application leases. Those disputed leases over the Nifty area are MASSIVELY valuable, and the JV applications have inside running.



You can see why ABY are fighting tooth and nail to try & keep them ... they will fail IMO. Their oversight in not renewing them was very different to the CAZ dispute with RIO ... RIO got through on a technicality ... the situation is different with ABY.

I know we cant build this into the SP, because there is still much water to go under the bridge, but the dispute is now 12 months old ... any decision in favour of the MDS JV will have massive positive ramifications for MDS, because those top leases are assuredly extensions of the Nifty copper system!
