re: new md- watso you can down load the annual report - pdf file. i have it on my hard drive, so i can refer to from time to time. the EBITDA, is something in the order of $1m per year

if you decide to buy, i would tend to wait till the sellers come in, and then take them out - that is what i have been doing - and the sellers always weem to come in

i tend not to buy shares for immediate gain, but i tend to be focussed on growing potential - and so far that seems to be working for me - of course, i might make a wrong judgement on adm

as i said - though, it is a cheap stock, has underlying earnings. it has franking credits worth about 2.5c per share, and with one of the company directors holding about 14m shares, then i would think that they would be keen to pay a divi, as and when the time is right - gosh even if they managed to pay 1/2 c per year - that would be great
