entertainingly - the Board is the "Chief decision maker".....

shareholders SHOULD ASK THE OBVIOUS question ...

how the feck did the Board sanction acquisitions - and not even get the amount of inventory / tax provisions correct - see note 11 b .................

methinks there will be significant asset writedowns ......while margins will continue to come under pressure due to no competitive advantage (against say TLS) in core markets ......

and the SGA as a % of sale .........disgraceful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
