There is an 11 day hiatus at KML. I ship out in 11 days, possibilities include rail problem, maintenance problem or port problem but maybe something else. (KML loses export for 4 ships during hiatus - a cool $34,56m in lost sales.)
Don't waste your time contacting GBG, they do not get involved in any day to day running and frankly they are not concerned - NIL value means NIL care.
But we now have 7 ships lined up, but we have a gap between ship arriving on 29 March and next in list arriving on 17 April, but I expect them to fill that gap in, if not, something really wrong.
