How does a share holder put forward a resolution at a AGM for discussion and vote something along the lines of.
The MD will make available to the market on a monthly basis a progress report. The report will contain all test results, a update on current projects and a list of plans for the following month.
Quarterly reports may be a minimum requirement however should not be considered best practice. Any suggestions ?
