Giralia Resources NL (ASX:GIR) today reported further positive drill intersections from its wholly-owned Beebyn-Weld range iron ore project in Western Australia's emerging Mid West iron ore province.
The RC drilling has confirmed extensions to high-grade hematite iron ore mineralisation at the project. New results include:
* RCB019 - 17m at 58pc Fe, including 10m at 60.3pc Fe;
* RCB021 - 16m at 59pc Fe, including 12m at 60.4pc Fe.
Giralia notes the extensions were discovered beneath soil cover along strike from outcropping hematite zones.
Additional step-out and infill drilling is scheduled for October prior to an initial resource estimate for Giralia's segment of the Weld Range.
Shares in Giralia rose 6.5c to 65c this morning.""
