Absolutely right Sector Lead,
why accept the Landbridge Offer now, when it is not scheduled to close until 24 June 2014???

they cannot close it early- they are required to keep it open until at least 24 June.

WCL is yet to release its Target Statement, which should be out late May.
That statement should include the latest info on the operations of WCL.

So logically, if a new suitor is contemplating a bid, then one would think they might wait for the info contained in that Target Statement.

So I am going to wait until the Fat Lady sings.
