I was just wondering th same thing.
It has to do with the SAB Miller and Fosters deal I'm sure. CCL now has some significant cash to throw around and its either a matter of reducing some debt against the expansion program of late or its going to go to a new aquisition probably in the alcohol business. Obviously the share price reflects somethng is cooking.
