Consider this.
When FBR signed the lease on the current premise, FBR announced it.
FBR now have a new premise....must have signed a lease to be allowed to put signage on.....yet no announcement.
As to this being specially built for FBR.....if so why would the owner advertise the property with a lease price on a real estate website?
