The loss of CAT and soon to be lost KSA tell me differently. Rock solid deals should be in place before big moves like this, this is a huge experience currently being bankrolled by shareholder dilution. Dont forget, they need to kit this place out with an assembly line, Then millions in parts per machine to get rolling. This is on the back of 0 deals with anyone who wants us to build anything. Sorry but the game plan comes before the moves.
