Wow! Pretty sure you don't go and rent a space that big unless you're totally confident that the HX will be absolute commercial success. Should be big enough to see some serious numbers coming off the production line and you would only commit to $850k per year if you were confident that the numbers stack up. Hopefully we see an announcement with regards to annual production capacity this space can offer.
