You should know the numbers that very few say 1% of green fields explorers make it to a mine.
It a process. Usually desk based analysis of the data and geophysics (usually gravity and magnetics), then targeted geophysics, then maybe geochem, then drilling. Where does Toro get the funds for this? Maybe someone farming in. Which will leave TORO with 20-30% or a royalty if successful. I find it hard to get too excited but I guess the directors have to do something till U comes good.

(In fact if you look closely you'll find DYL is farming into Toro's U prospect/lease in Namibia).

However, my LRRP [long range reconn(aissance) patrol's] are picking up a glimmer of hope in U. Being PDN's decision to shut down production (also in Namibia) and the U that was being sold into spot may just be the thing that herald a turnaround in U's fortunes.
